Sub-section (1) of Section Extent of Act. In addition to the tasks, duties and rights mentioned in Nepal Business Forum, the tasks, duties and rights of Nepal Business Forum shall be as follows:- (a) To recommend to the Government of Nepal for policy reforms in the fields of industrial, economic, monetary, commercial, export and import and institutional governance of the country,
(b) To review the overall and sectoral policies related to the industrial and professional development of the country and to guide the related bodies regarding the reforms to be made on theoretical matters, (c) To act as a contact point for the relevant stakeholders to create a strong and supportive environment for the promotion of domestic and foreign investment in the country,
(d) To recommend to the Government of Nepal for institutional and managerial reforms through public-private dialogue and cooperation (e) To recommend to the Government of Nepal to make policy reforms regarding labor relations.
